With all of the conflicting opinions and information out there it is very easy for somebody to be confused about true success in Network Marketing.
Is Network Marketing Really For Me Questions To Think About
In order for you to decide on an answer you really have to consider the following points:
1. What is your main reason for looking at Network Marketing?
2. Do you have a passion for helping people?
3. Do you have a good work ethic
4. What is your expectation for your success?
5. Are you prepared to receive rejection?
6. Are you teachable?
7. Are you self motivated?
So let's look more closely at each question
What is your main reason for looking at network marketing
This question is so important, in order to get Network Marketing success you NEED a strong “WHY”.
If you're only reason for coming into Network Marketing is money, then you will not last. This is because when difficult times and they will come, it is your WHY that will keep you going.
Do you have a passion for helping people?
In order to get Network Marketing success you have to understand it's all about people. A good Network Marketer knows how to draw the best out of their team. They know how to lead from the front, and they know how to raise people up.
The problem is when people focus more on money than they do on people, then they forget about the strength of the business model.
Unless you can reach down and rise somebody up, you never make money long term.
Do you have a good work ethic
Network Marketing is just that, it is work. It is not some kind of get rich quick scheme, it is not some kind of hobby or a nice part time activity, it is a real business that can pay you six and seven figures.
So if you do not have a good work ethic, you are not going to treat this business with the respect it deserves and you will not build a Network Marketing organisation.
So if WORK is a swearword to you, then Network Marketing is not the right fit for you.
What is your expectation for your success?
Here is a Network Marketing tip for you:- You have to be willing to work your business between 3 to 5 years in order to experience true financial freedom and build a long-term sustainable organisation.
Having the right expectation for your business is so important, because having the wrong expectation will cause you to get disillusioned.
Then as you consider the question “is Network Marketing really for me”, eventually you will leave the industry.
When you are making your goals, set realistic goals then when you hit your target's, celebrate.
However always have your vision clearly in front of you and never get distracted by other peoples opinions.
Are you prepared to receive rejection?
Here is a light bulb moment for you:- Not everybody is going to say YES to your business, in fact you will get more NO's than you will get YES'S
So are you prepared for that?
You are going to have to learn how to emotionally detach yourself against YES'S and NO's. If you are not able to do that or learn how to handle that, you will not last long in this industry.
The good thing is that there are tools you can use that will allow you to get paid even from the people that say NO to your business.

So having the right expectation with the people that you are prospecting is also very important.

Are you teachable?
Network Marketing is an “earn while you learn” type of program. The beauty about this industry is that a new person doesn't have to know everything at the beginning in order top get Network Marketing success. They are going to be shown step-by-step how to do it as they use their Upline support team.
This is why being teachable is so important. Simply put, the people who have Network Marketing success are the people that are teachable. The people that fail in Network marketing are the ones who are not.
Are you self motivated?
This last question is crucial because it is impossible to motivate somebody that is not motivated themselves.
You can inspire them by showing them big checks by sharing testimonies and have them come to events, but if that person is not internally motivated that is a nonstarter.
You see inspiration will only move you for a moment but internal motivation has the potential to change you for the rest of your life.
